The following is our Q&A for the MDNA SKIN rewards program. Please be sure to check the rewards program terms & conditions for further detail.
Q - How do I become a MDNA SKIN Rewards Member?
Joining MDNA SKIN Rewards is simple! Sign up with your email through the Rewards page! Once you've signed up, you'll have full access to our rewards. Each time you come back, make sure you log in to track your progress, your transaction history and to redeem offers with your points.
Q - How do I check my point balance?
Once logged in, you can check your point balance on both the Rewards page and your Account page.
Q - How do I earn points?
Earn points each time you spend on MDNASKIN.us points will be earned on each dollar you spend, excluding all shipping fees and taxes (rounded down to the nearest dollar). Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your Account page. You can earn points even when purchasing E-Gift Cards, however, you will not earn points when redeeming an E-Gift Card. Points can only be earned on products purchased on our website (WWW.MDNASKIN.US).
Q - How do I use my points to redeem rewards?
You can use your points at Checkout to redeem products. Once logged in and ready to check out, go to the Checkout page to see two drop-down menus on the right underneath your cart. Select and click "Apply". Products will be added directly to your cart however you must have additional items in your cart for you to redeem your points for a product.
Q - What do the tiers mean?
MDNA SKIN Rewards are separated into three tiers - CHROME, GOLD and ICON. Tier status is based on your calendar year spend starting from the time you join and your cumulative spend amount will move you through each level statuses for more rewards and benefits! Your tier status will reset at the beginning of every year but your points will remain in your account. The cumulative spend amount includes all orders made on our website (www.mdnaskin.us) excluding E-Gift Card redemptions.
Q - How do I know what tier I am in?
Once logged in, you can check your tier on both the Rewards page and your Account page.
Q - I can’t log into my account! What do I do?
No problem! Click “Forgot Password?” to reset your password. From there, you’ll need to verify your email address and we’ll lead you through the process to get you back into your account. If you’re having any further issues, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you sorted!
Q-How many points can I redeem/gifts can I choose per checkout?
Gifts are limited to two redemptions per shopping cart (you can add two gifts)
Q - Can I transfer or merge my points between two separate accounts?
We restrict users from having multiple accounts. If you have more than one account, please contact our customer service at email@example.com to help you merge your points and deactivate your second account. Please see our rewards program terms & conditions for further details.
Q - I’m a Member. How do I access exclusive access to sales, member-exclusive gifts, offers and first access to MDNASKIN events?
The exclusive offers will be available via our newsletter as exclusive sales, offers and events are announced. Make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletters and add us to your contact list so they don't end up in Spam!
Q - I have enough points! Why can't I redeem my points?
First, make sure you're signed into your account prior to checking out. If after signing in, the drop down is still empty -- please clear your browser's cache and cookies. After you do so, please sign back into your account and the drop down menu to redeem your items will be under your cart on the "Customer Information" page. Please allow a few moments to load.
