Q: Where does MDNA SKIN ship?

A: We ship to all 50 United States. Our products are also available in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and China. We currently do not offer international shipping. You may experience longer delivery times if you live in Hawaii and Alaska. For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Sales tax only applies in states where we have a physical presence: California, Delaware and New York.

Q: When will my order ship? When will it arrive?

A: You will receive an email confirmation with estimated arrival dates once your order has shipped. You will also be provided with a number to track your order. In some instances, the carrier may take 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating, email us.

Ground shipping orders placed Monday through Friday before 9:00 AM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM EST will ship the following business day. 

For example, if you place an order on Friday after 9:00 AM EST, your package will not ship until Monday or possibly Tuesday if there is a holiday. Although most orders are shipped the same day, your order date may vary from the ship date due to weekends and holidays.

NOTE: To prevent fraud and protect our customers, all orders are subject to review. This may cause a slight delay in order processing.

If an order is placed with us and refused for any reason, including suspicion of unauthorized reselling, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges incurred. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.


Q: Can I change my order or shipping address?

A: If you decide to change your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Q: What are my payment options?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and MDNA SKIN gift cards. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: Your credit card is charged upon placing your order, at which point you will receive confirmation that the order has been received. A follow-up notification will be sent once your order has shipped.

Q: Do you have MDNA SKIN Gift Cards?

A: Yes. You may order a gift card in any amount and send it to anyone with a valid email address. The code is all that is needed to redeem products at MDNASKIN.com.

Q: If I send a package full of products as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

A: Yes. If you are sending a gift and would like to remove the invoice from the package, please send us an email to that effect after your order is placed.

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

A: MDNA SKIN products must be returned to their original retailer. You may return products purchased on our website within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. When returning a set, kit or duo, we require all original contents and packaging. To receive a full refund, please make sure there are no missing items.

Q: How do I make a return or exchange?

A: Returns are FREE within 30 days. You will need a return form, which can be requested by emailing us (please also state the reason for your return). We will send you a free shipping label. Please place the product in tightly sealed, secure packaging, attach the return label and drop the package off at a nearby UPS or FedEx station.

Q: When will my credit card be refunded?

A: Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. A credit will be issued in the original form of payment. This credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Your bank may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Q: What if products get damaged during shipping?

A: When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment to you. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately.

To assure prompt resolution, please retain the original shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Q: I bought an MDNA SKIN product on eBay. Is it authentic?

A: To ensure you're not buying a counterfeit product, we suggest you shop our website or one of our authorized retailers.

Q: What is your privacy policy?

A: We will never share your email address or personal information with third parties. Any information collected on this website will be used for fraud control, order verification or internal marketing purposes only. For more details, view our privacy policy page.
