CHEEKS & JAWLINE
Gently and steadily roll upward along the contour of the lower jaw. Roll along cheekbones in an upward direction from the corners of your mouth to your ears underneath the eyes.
NECK, DÉCOLLETÉ & SCALP
To release tension, roll along the temples. Roll upward from the collarbone to the jawline to massage the neck and décolleté, avoiding the throat.
FULL BODY
